In this exercise the aim was to draw by concentrating on the actual model and not the paper...hence the smaller and offline eye. Still, quite a satisfying picture (half completed of course)....

hmmm.. there's something about this picture that doesn't make a lot of sense and I didn't even notice until Melissa my tutor pointed it out. Can you see what it is?.. 

Temo out of indian ink and pastel 

We have life drawing classes every Saturday here in Westport. It's hard but the more I go and practice the easier it is. This picture done in pencil is a little weird... 

All I took to one class was black paper and pastels - scary having only done 1 drawing like this before.
