the land behind our house

Behind our house is Mount Rochford. I took this photo a few weeks ago from near the top of it. In the background and beyond is where a lot of coal mining goes on. You can see it well if you fly from Westport to Wellington. To me the mining has made the land look like a myriad of scars.

The Sixth Stop

On the 29th April we start our travels and go from Westport to Wellington (3 days) to Christchurch (1.5 days) to L.A (1.5 hours) to London (8 days) to Waterford (?) to Clonmel (?).

And in the last week we have gone from Westport-Christchurch-Dunedin-Wanaka via the 'Pig Route'- Westport. 1900 kms driving and Temo was 'sweet as'.

Presently

For now TLC course is on hold and will resume when back in NZ. I'll keep posting little creations in the meantime. This space will also become decorated with whatever happens in life from over the sea!
