The weather!

I just had to say that this weather is amazing. It has suddenly turned into summer and it happened overnight! Up until 3 days ago we were in woollies and now we are in singlets and shorts! Temo is playing with the neighbouring kids. Next door there are 5 kids with the 6th on the way and the mother is my age! All the neighbourhood kids think Temo is actually called Tino, it's quite funny. When Tas told them "it's Temo", the kids replied, "yeah, I know, Tino". In their little Irish accents, it's very cute.

Ruth, you appear to have the same competition in Ireland as you had down the road in Westport! You know what to do about it! If the girl next door has five... well why not try for six yourself!

Hi Ruth, Jeremy and Temo,
While you enjoy the advent of summer we are shivering with start of winter! Its a bit much for Wellington to have sufferd 2 consecutive severe frosts. We loved to see the pictures of our wee great grandson. Now I have almost come to grips with my new PC and "Blogs" I will regularly look up your blog! I have also in a fit of lunacy invested in a thing called broadband! Love to all.

Hi all, Just venturing forth on my 1st blog mission. (just mentioning venturing makes me think of Harold) Wishing I could send you a lovely photo of soccer on the Victorian hills. Looks more like Yorkshire highlands, but I will have to get the help from unco-operative children to do that so it might take sometime. I am really enjoying catching up with family I've never met. Love to all
